Hey everyone
Wish all of you a very happy new year. Hope u guys are all rested and energized, and looking forward to the next few months of training :-)
Almost all the girls on the team showed up to run today. Very encouraging to see that, shows that they are an extremely motivated lot. After the 2-3 mile run, we had 20 mins of core strengthening workout. Amit was looking for a gun half way through the workout, which might've meant the workout did have its effect.
Anjali, Amit, Apurva, Kshama, Leena, Loga, Satya, Preetu & Aanya showed up.
Hope to see more of you on the team run next weekend.

Who: Amit, Anjali, Naina, Apurva, Leena, Milind, Ranjeet, Yadhu, Loga, Karthik, Rishon, Sharath, Aanya, Preetu, Naveen
Coach Dumma led the first team run. Naina/Milind/Rishon/Aanya accompanied their daddy's/mommy's, and it was real fun one miler. Looks like everyone is already getting into their groove.
Coach promises many more fun runs in the future. Stay tuned.
